Rugged Hand-Forged Tripod with Twisted Legs for Outdoor & Campfire Cooking

Built for cooks who rely on fire, steel, and simplicity, the Countryman’s Camping Tripod is a rugged, hand-forged companion for any outdoor kitchen. Each of the three 38-inch legs is hand-forged from 1/2-inch square stock, twisted for visual character, and shaped to lock together securely when assembled. The result is a stable, dependable cook stand designed for decades of open-fire use.

This versatile system adapts to your needs: use it traditionally as a tripod for kettles and Dutch ovens, convert it into a cooking rack, or repurpose the legs as a roasting spit. Two forged S-hooks are included, giving you adjustable cooking height for precise temperature control.

Every tripod is crafted at DeWall’s Forge using traditional blacksmithing methods—heated in the forge, hammered by hand, and finished with our beeswax hot-wax coating for a protective, seasoned-steel appearance.

Note: Listing includes the tripod legs and two S-hooks only. Dutch ovens, bail hooks, ladles, and additional tools shown in photos are for demonstration.
